Professor Tony Bendell started the group over 15 years ago. After spending over a decade developing quality thinking and practice at The Nottingham Trent University, he recently joined the Management Centre at Leicester University. The Services Group is fully able to work both within the EC and Globally. As well as its own staff, the Group also has available a team of expert associate consultants, each specializing in their particular fields.

Licensed by the British Quality Foundation to deliver Self-Assessment training against the EFQ M Excellence Model. The Group is involved with many of the current developments in the Quality field, such as: Achieving Excellence (for both private and public sector organisations), Benchmarking, Six Sigma and developments with ISO 9000.
