The eSpeakers Store has a wide range of great speakers that can cover most topics related to customer service - including Call Centre Management, CRM, and, eCustomer Service.  We work closely with you to identify your exact needs and bring your speaker and programme needs into sharp focus  Working hand-in-hand, we will help you find not only the right speaker on any given area of customer service but the best speaker for the type of programme you are offering and your audience.



Q: How do we go about booking a specific speaker?  

A: You can submit your particular requirements by clicking on the "Booking Request Form" shown on the first page of the eSpeakers Store or by clicking on the "Booking Request Form" shown at the end of each speaker's individual details. 

An eCustomerServiceWorld representative will then contact you to discuss the booking in more detail.  Once a particular speaker, topic, fee and date has been agreed, eCustomerServiceWorld.com will approach the speaker with a definite offer.  If this is accepted by the speaker we will issue a "Speaker's Contract" together with an invoice for the "Speaker's Deposit".  The contract has to be signed and returned, together with the initial deposit.



Q:  Do we decide the topic for the speaker?

A: For each speaker listed there are details of the "Key Topics" that they normally speak on.  These topics can usually be customised to fit your organisation's particular needs.  However, if you would like a particular speaker to speak on a topic that is not listed we would contact the speaker to ensure he or she is comfortable with the proposed topic.  If the speaker felt they didn't have the expertise to deliver this topic, we would suggest an alternative speaker who we know has the expertise to cover it.


Q: What support does the eSpeakers Store give to us once the speaker is booked?

A: Once the speaker accepts the invitation, we issue a "Speaker's Contract", together with an invoice for a "Speaker's Deposit" which represents 50% of the speaker's fee.  The balance is due just before the appearance and the speaker expenses are billed afterward.

At every point along way, we will continue to communicate with you about your speaker's appearance, and work with you on any/all changes that can arise. The key to our success and to your comfort when working with us is our ability to anticipate and manage the wide range of changes, challenges, and more, which can occur along the way. At every turn, we are there to support, guide and assist you. You will receive our pre-programme questionnaire so your speaker and our team can fully understand and meet your needs. And, you will work hand-in-hand with one of our experienced eSpeakers Store Representatives - who handle logistics and provide you with a detailed, comprehensive itinerary outlining all pertinent details to ensure your programme is a success.



Q: Is there a charge to do business with the eSpeakers Store?

A: No. The speakers pay us out of their fee.  There is no charge for our efforts in putting forward suitable speakers and topic suggestions.  If you choose not to book a speaker we have recommended there is no charge.


Q: Do we have to pay a deposit to secure a speaker?

A: Yes, a "Speaker's Deposit" of 50% of the speakers fee is needed to secure a speaker.  Our speakers are in strong demand and for them to set aside a particular date (that effectively takes them off the market for other events) they need to be sure it is a definite booking.  Once the signed contract and deposit are received the speaker is contractually committed to your event.


Q: What happens in the event of cancellation by the speaker?

A: A cancellation by a speaker is extremely rare.  However, in the event of cancellation of this agreement at any time by the speaker due to illness or an unforeseen emergency or overriding obligation or professional responsibility, eSpeakers Store will attempt to provide a comparable speaker that is acceptable to you.  eCustomerServiceWorld.com Ltd will immediately refund to the client any deposits received from the client in the event the speaker cancels the contract and if the eSpeakers Store cannot provide a comparable speaker that is acceptable to the client.  eCustomerServiceWorld.com Ltd and the speaker will have no liability for expenses or losses incurred by you when a speaker cancels in the circumstances mentioned above.


Q: Why is a "fee range" specified for the cost of booking a speaker?

A: The fee range covers the different types of speaking engagements that may occur.  For example, the lower range would cover multiple dates(2 or more) where the event is in the speaker's own country and is generally for 2 hours or less.  The higher range would generally tend to be for one date that normally involves overseas travel.  Once the eSpeakers Store receives the "Booking Request Form" we would normally be able to send you an exact cost of that speaker for your event.


Q: Apart from the speaker fee, what other costs will I incur?

A: Expenses incurred by the speaker in performing the contract are in addition to the "Speaker's Fee".  Additional expenses can include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, and any out-of-pocket expenses. Where air travel is involved the contract will specify whether the speaker requires first class, business class or coach/economy class.  Where budgets are tight the eSpeakers Store can even recommend speakers who are prepared to travel coach/economy as this can represent a considerable saving.



Q: Can you help me secure books written by a speaker?

A:  Yes, to ensure that you receive the lowest possible price for a large order we put you in direct contact with publishers and book providers, who can fulfil your order, typically at a large discount.  For smaller orders our eBook Store offers great discounts on most of our speaker's books.


Q: Are preview tapes or videos available?

A: Yes, a speaker tape or video for most of our speakers is available upon request.


Q: Will I be able to communicate directly with the speaker prior to my event?

A:  Many of our speakers are available to speak with you directly - both prior to your choosing them as your speaker as well as after the selection has been made. In all instances, we will work with you to best plan and communicate your programme needs to the speaker.


Q: Will the speaker sign books and give autographs or be available for a VIP photo session?

A: Special requests and arrangements are possible and can be discussed and handled prior to the speaker's presentation with your eSpeakers Store representative.


Q: Are we responsible for meeting the technical requirements of the speaker?

A:  Yes, the "Speaker's Contract" will specify the technical requirements needed for that particular speaker.  It is important that these requirements are met to ensure the best possible presentation is given.  An eSpeakers Store representative will be able to help you with any technical queries.


Q: Do I have to arrange travel for the speaker?

A:  No, this is co-ordinated between the eSpeakers Store and the speaker.  We will advise you of the travel arrangements and work with you on logistics.


Q: Can presentations be audio or video taped?

A: This varies. Speakers have their own sensitivities as to the recording of their intellectual property. Your eSpeakers Store representative can quickly advise you on specific speakers you have in mind.
