Sarah has over fifteen years’ experience of helping both public and
private sector organisations improve their customer care. As well as speaking at and running conferences and workshops, Sarah
facilitates benchmarking forums on CRM and writes extensively on issues of
customer service.
In 1989 Sarah was a founder member of The Stairway Consultancy and is now
its Managing Director. Stairway specialises in customer care consultancy,
benchmarking and training. Sarah previously worked as a marketing manager
for Unilever and as Head of Customer Care for a retail management
consultancy.
A trained facilitator, Sarah is a member of the Institute of Personnel
Development and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is comfortable
working with audiences from 12 to 1200 and has worked extensively in UK,
Europe and US.
